Welcome to WRO Learn, the official learning platform of the World Robot Olympiad Association ("WRO Association", "we", "us", "our"). By using this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Purpose and Access

WRO Learn provides free educational content for students, teachers, judges, and organizers involved in the World Robot Olympiad. Use is permitted exclusively for non-commercial, educational purposes.

2. Eligibility

This platform is open to users of all ages. Users under the age of digital consent (typically 13–16 depending on local laws) should use WRO Learn under the supervision of a parent, guardian, or teacher.

3. Accounts

Some platform features require registration. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. Anonymous access via classroom tokens is available to support privacy-friendly participation.

4. Intellectual Property

Unless stated otherwise, all text, images, videos, designs, and software on WRO Learn are copyrighted by the WRO Association or used under license. Redistribution, modification, or commercial use is prohibited without prior written consent.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Misuse the platform or interfere with its operation

  • Upload content that is illegal, discriminatory, or harmful

  • Attempt unauthorized access to systems or accounts

6. Availability and Support

We do our best to ensure uninterrupted access but cannot guarantee availability. Features may be changed, suspended, or removed without notice.

7. Liability Disclaimer

We provide WRO Learn "as is", without warranties. To the extent permitted by local law, we are not liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform.

8. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Users also retain any mandatory consumer protection rights in their own countries, such as:

  • GDPR rights in the EU (Germany, Hungary)

  • Local privacy and educational rights in the Philippines, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Mexico, Chile, and the USA
